What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is simply a detailed analysis of the present physical condition of a building the day of the inspection. During the actual on-site inspection of the clients property,pertinent information about the property`s condition is collected and the components and mechanical systems of the house are visually analyzed.The home inspector determines where problem areas exist now and where they might exist in the future.Finally,the inspector communicates the findings-both positive and negative in his report.*Please Note that the term home inspection applies to the inspection of all types of homes:condominiums,town houses,and single family dwellings.A home inspection is a visual non-destructive inspection and the report is a finding of the condition of the home the day of the inspection.It is not a warranty or guarantee of any kind.
